The first step is
to perform a pressure leak check on all tanks. Then
once the tank has passed leak inspection, it is cleaned
and revalved.
After the tanks are prepped, they move to the next
step, which is painting. We strive to use only the
best and safest paints available on the market, which
is Klinger Paints. It is water soluble, which is safer
for the environment.
Once painted, they are then loaded on a 350 ft. auto
track system to air dry and are placed with all the
necessary state required stickers. They are then filled
with propane, placed on pallets and wrapped securely
for shipment.
